School profile

Keep school name, contact details, address, logo, and related profile fields current. These can appear on admission forms, invoices, student-facing pages, and messages.

Roles and access

Roles decide which pages and actions a user can use. Assign the smallest role that fits the user’s job. If someone needs mixed responsibilities, adjust access on that account instead of creating duplicate accounts.

Role, approval, and admissions-setting changes can affect many users. Review the change before saving, especially during an active admission or grading period.
