Keep school name, contact details, address, logo, and related profile fields
current. These can appear on admission forms, invoices, student-facing pages, and
messages.

fits the user’s job. If someone needs mixed responsibilities, adjust access on that
account instead of creating duplicate accounts.

moved, or which admin performed an action.
Role, approval, and admissions-setting changes can affect many users. Review the
change before saving, especially during an active admission or grading period.
