Use Admissions to apply to an open cycle, save a draft, upload required documents,
submit the application, and track the review status.
Apply to an admission cycle
Open Apply to see cycles that are accepting applications. Cycles may be grouped
by program, academic level, or admission path.
Choose a cycle
Pick the open cycle that matches the academic level, program, or admission path
you want.
Enter identity information
Complete the applicant information requested by the school.
Answer cycle-specific questions
Some cycles include extra form fields. If no custom questions are configured,
this step may not appear.
Upload documents
Attach required admission documents when the cycle asks for them.
Review and submit
Review the application before submitting it for school review.
Track your status
| Status | What it means |
|---|
| Draft | You started the application but have not submitted it. |
| Submitted | The school received the application. |
| Under review | A reviewer is checking the application. |
| Accepted | The school accepted the applicant. Enrollment steps may still be required. |
| Waitlisted | The applicant is waiting for an available slot. |
| Rejected or withdrawn | The application will not continue. |
| Enrolled | The application was converted to a student record. |
Drafts and existing applications
Edurie can save application progress as a draft. If you already started an
application for the same cycle, Edurie opens the existing application instead of
creating a duplicate.
If you leave the form before submitting, open Admission Applications later to
continue the draft.
Track an application
Open Admission Applications to see your applications. The detail page can show
status, applicant information, requirements, documents, proposed classes, costs,
and available actions such as submit or withdraw.
Withdrawing an application removes it from review. You can only withdraw when
the application is not already final.
