Enrollment records
| Record | What it means |
|---|---|
| Period enrollment | The student is active in a specific academic period. |
| Course enrollment | The student is placed in one class. |
| Section roster | The student belongs to a section for the period. |
Add a student to a class
Add the class
Choose a class in the same period. Review capacity, reservation, and schedule
warnings before confirming.
Swap or drop a class
Use swap when moving a student from one class to another. Edurie keeps the original class until the new class passes validation. Use drop when the student should leave a class. Dropping keeps an audit record; it does not erase the student’s enrollment history.Statuses
