Edurie is a Student Information System (SIS) for K-12 and higher education institutions. Whether you run a small private school or a multi-campus university, Edurie gives your team a single platform to manage every stage of the student lifecycle — from the first admission application to graduation. Each school gets its own private, isolated workspace so your data never crosses with another institution’s.

What Edurie does

Edurie organises your institution’s operations into five core capability areas. Admissions — Create admission cycles, collect applications, review documents, make acceptance decisions, and convert accepted applicants into enrolled students. The whole lifecycle is tracked in one place so nothing falls through the cracks. Academic Management — Define programs, curricula, academic years, and terms. Build out your class catalogue with course offerings and sections, then assign teachers and manage enrolment capacity. Grading — Teachers record grades in the gradebook and submit them for approval. Administrators review, approve, or return grade submissions, and the final course outcomes are posted to student transcripts automatically. Billing — Configure fee structures, generate invoices, and record payments. Finance staff can track outstanding balances and pull reports across all students or a specific cohort. Integrations — Connect Edurie to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to provision school email accounts, sync calendars, and use single sign-on (SSO) for staff and students.
