# Engagement and library

> Manage announcements, forms, events, and library pages from the admin workspace.

Engagement and library pages help schools publish information and manage
library-related workflows.

## Announcements

Use Announcements to publish school messages. Admins with announcement permissions
can list, view, create, update, or delete announcements.

## Forms

Use Forms to collect responses from an audience. Admins with form permissions can
author a form, target it at an audience, publish it, and read the responses.

## Events

Use Events for dated school activities. Events can appear in personal workspaces
when users have access to the event.

## Library

The Library area includes:

* Overview
* Catalog
* Circulation
* Reports
* Settings

Some library pages may be placeholders until your school configures the library
module.

## Who usually manages this

Announcement access is usually granted to communications staff or school admins who
publish school messages. Event and library pages are available to admins with the
right school-level access.
